Paleo Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 lb Shrimp (Peeled & Deveined)
3/4 cup of Paleo Mayo
3-4 Tbsp. Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
A good sprinkling of Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Lay the shrimp out on a cutting board and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper (I used garlic salt). Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.

2. While you’re waiting for the oil to heat up, combine the mayo, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes in a medium sized bowl.

3. Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp, stirring frequently.

4. When the shrimp are done (about 3-5 minutes) add them to the sauce bowl and stir until coated. Serve over some butter lettuce and enjoy!
